10 ounce: Beer,Light, flat
1 tbsp: Applesauce,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
3 cup: Bread Flour,
2 1/4 tsp: Yeast, 1 packet
4 ounce: Am Cheese, 2 slices
4 ounce: Cheese, Cheddar,Cubes

1/4 c Catsup (use a Hot Sauce

1/4 c Beer
1 tb Prepared mustard
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Prepared horseradish
Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with fish. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
