Marinated Tomatoes Recipe

4 each: Tomatoes, large *
1 cup: Vegetable oil,
1/4 cup: Wine vinegar,
1/4 tsp: Mustard, dry
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
1 each: Garlic, clove, large, minced
1 tbsp: Basil, fresh, chopped
2 each: Thyme, sprigs, fresh,chopped
1 each: Marjoram, fresh, sprig, chop
1 tbsp: Scallion, minced
Directions:
* Tomatoes should be peeled and sliced.
