Marys Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Butter, softened
1 cup: Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup: Mayonnaise,
5: Garlic cloves, minced or pressed
3 tbsp: Parsley, (fresh), chopped
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
1 Loaf: French bread, (baguette), cut lengthwise
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except the bread
together in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto the French bread. Wrap
bread in aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Unwrap and place under
broiler to brown.
NOTES:
* Addictive and fattening garlic bread -- This recipe is from "The
Garlic Lovers Cookbook," which is a must for all folks interested in
keeping vampires away.
* We never finish the last step. By the time we have the stuff
unwrapped, we just have to eat it!
