Ingredients:
6: Ripe tomatos, diced
1 tsp: Cilantro, finely chopped
3: Green onions, tops only, no white parts
1/2 cup: Tomato juice,
3/4 cup: Frozen corn, thawed
1 tsp: Lime juice,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Directions:
Mix ingredients in large bowl, refrigerate and serve with your kids
favorite chips. If this is eaten with potato chips, omit salt from
this recipe.
