Meat Loaf (betty Crocker) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Ground turkey,
1 cup: Milk,
1 t: Chopped Fresh -or-,
1/4 t: Dried Sage leaves, May be replaced With Thyme
1/8 t: Garlic powder -or-,
1 Clove: Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 t: Salt,
1/2 t: Dry mustard,
1/4 t: Pepper,
3 each: Slices of bread torn into Small pieces -or-,
1/2 cup: Dry Bread crumbs -or-,
1/4 cup: Quick cooking oats,
1 each: Egg,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire Sauce,
1/8 t: Garlic powder,
1 small: Onion,
1/2 cup: Ketchup, chili sauce -or-
1/2 cup: Barbecue sauce,

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Spread
mixture in loaf pan, 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 2 1/2 or 9 X 5 X 3 inches, or
shape loaf in rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches. Spoon ketchup over
top. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until done. Remove from pan. 6
servings; 375 calories per serving.

To Microwave: Prepare as directed - except shape into 6 small loaves.
Place in rectangular microwavable dish, 11 X 7 X 1 1/2 inches. Cover
with waxed paper and microwave on high 14 to 17 minutes, rotating
dish 1/2 turn after 7 minutes. Let stand on flat, heatproof surface
(not wire rack) 5 minutes.
