Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground beef, lean
4 Pieces: bacon,
1/2 lbs: Ground pork, lean
1/2 lbs: Ground veal,
1 cup: Breadcrumbs, fresh whole
Wheat,
2: Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp: Tomato or V8 juice,
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp: Marjoram,
1/2 cup: Bell pepper, green or red,
Chopped,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
1/2 tsp: Basil,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce -,

Meatloaf ~ 5th prize

Mix eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, V8 juice, green pepper and seasonings
in a large bowl until well combined. Add meat, 1/4 pound at a time,
and mix until combined. Shape into two round loaves and place two
strips of bacon in an X across each. Place on a rack in a roasting
pan and bake at 350F for 1 hour. (This is a healthy meatloaf.
Calories are reduced by baking loaves on a rack so the fat runs off!)
