Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Frozen unsweetened straw-,

1/2 cup: Plain low-fat yogurt,
1/4 cup: Skim milk,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
1: Ice cube,

Directions:
In blender at low speed, blend all ingredients until smooth and
frothy; pour into glass.
