Best: Green Beans Gremolata Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp: Fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp: Lemon rind, grated
1: Garlic clove, minced
1 tsp: Extra-virgin olive oil,
Salt,
Pepper,

Directions:
In saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, cook green beans for 5
minutes or until tender-crisp; drain well

Combine parsley, lemon rind and garlic; toss with beans along with
oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
