Ingredients:
1: Egg white,
1 cup: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/4 tsp: Cream of tartar,
1/3 cup: Water,
Salt, pinch
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:

Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat. Beat with electric
mixer 4 minutes. Spread on cool cake.
