Blanc - Mange Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
2 cup: Milk,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
3 1/2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
In saucepan put the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add milk slowly &
stir, Put on medium heat and stir until thickened & let cook a min.
or two. Remove from heat and add vanilla, pour into dessert bowls &
refrigerate. Put wax paper over each dish to keep the pudding from
scumming over.
