Blue Cheese Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:
4 large: Potatoes, (2 1/2 lbs) peeled
And,
Sliced 1/4" thick,
1 cup: Heavy cream,
1 cup: Milk,
2 tbsp: Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/8 tsp: Nutmeg,
6 ounce: Blue cheese,
2 slice: White bread, coarsely
Crumbled,
Directions:
Combine potatoes, cream, milk, garlic, spices and 1/2 cheese. Simmer
5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in an 8" square buttered
baking dish and top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350F 35-40
minutes until potatoes are fork tender and top is browned.
