Blue Corn Posole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Posole,
2 lbs: Beef,
3: Garlic,
8: Red chile pods,
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
1 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Soak posole overnight, then rinse well.
Boil posole in salted water for about 2 hours.
Add meat, chile pods (or chile powder), oregano and garlic. Cover and
continue to simmer for another hour or until posole is tender.
