Boiled Raisin Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Raisins, rinsed in water
1/4 cup: Margarine,
1/2 cup: White sugar,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1: Egg slightly beaten,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Cloves,
1/2 tsp: Nutmeg,
1/2 cup: Raisin water,

Directions:
Put washed raisins in a pot, cover with water & simmer 20 min. Strain
saving 1/2 cup raisin water. Cream sugars and margarine, add beaten
egg. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with
raisin water. Fold in raisins and fill muffin cups 2/3 full, bake 350
oven about 20 minutes.
