Breakfast Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Long-grain brown rice,
1 cup: Unsweetened apple juice,
1 cup: Water,
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1/2 tsp: Ground cinnamon,

: Combine all fo the ingredients in a sacuepan. Bring to a boil,
cover, reduce the heat, and cook for 40 mintues. Let rest for 10
minutes before serving. This may also be made in a slow cooker
overnight. Combine all of the ingredients and cook on low for 8 to 10
hours. 170 calories, 1.0 grams fat per serving.
