Ingredients:
In small pan,
Cook until thickened:,
2 tbsp: Flour,
1/2 cup: Milk,
Cool,
Blend in electric mixer:,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine,
1/2 cup: Powdered sugar,

Directions:

Add 2 mixtures together, a dash of salt, flavoring, (a drop of color,
if desired), and beat on High speed for
