Moroccan Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
5: Garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp: Cumin,
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 tbsp: Pepper flakes, dried
2 tbsp: Cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon,
1 lbs: Red snapper filets,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix garlic, cumin, olive oil, pepper
flakes, cilantro and lemon juice into a paste.
Put the filets in a shallow baking dish and spread this paste over
them. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 5 to 10
minutes (a little longer if the filets are thick).
NOTES:
* Spicy Moroccan fish -- I got this recipe from a newspaper lying
around a friends house. It is very spicy. It will burn your mouth
off. Do not use on unsuspecting friends, unless youre trying to get
rid of them. Yield: Makes 4 servings.
* You could substitute other types of fish.
