Broiled Skewered Lamb Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Boneless Lamb,
4: Mushrooms, halved
4: Pearl Onions,
1 medium: Green Bell Pepper, cut up
1 tbsp: Garlic, minced
1/8 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1/8 tsp: Thyme,
1/8 tsp: Savory,
1/2 cup: Red Wine,

Directions:
Trim excess fat from lamb; cut into 1" cubes. Combine lamb,
mushrooms, and bell pepper in a large shallw dish. Combine remaining
ingredients; pour over lamb mixture, and stir to coat. Cover and
marinate in refrigerator overnight. Thread lamb, mushrooms onion and
bell pepper onto 4 metal skewers. Broil 4-6" from heat 12-16 minutes
or until browned, turning and basting frequently with marinde.
