1 1/2 lbs: Ground veal,
9 ounce: Frozem creamed spinach, thawed
2: Eggs, beaten
1 cup: Dry bread crumbs,
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,

F. In a large bowl,
combine all the ingredients; mix well. Form into a loaf on a large
rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the meat is
cooked through and no pink remains. NOTE: You can substitute ground
beef, pork, or lamb for the veal, but veal makes it seem fancy.
