Mrs. Fields Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Butter,
1 1/2 cup: White Sugar,
2 cup: Dark Brown Sugar, Packed
3 each: Eggs,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
6 cup: Flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tsp: Baking Soda,
4 1/2 cup: Chocolate Chips,
2 cup: Chopped Walnuts,
2 cup: Raisins-for oatmeal cookies,
1 1/2 cup: Oatmeal-for oatmeal cookies,
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, salt, and baking
soda. Beat for 3-4 minutes (batter may be dry). Add chips and nuts,
or raisins and oatmeal for oatmeal cookies.
Cover cookie sheet with wax paper. Scoop dough out with a large
spoon. Place 2" apart on sheet; change wax paper for every new batch.
Bake at 350 for 8-11 minutes. (Cookies may not look completely done).
Do not halve this recipe or it will not turn out as well.
