Brown Beans & Rice (m_c-tx) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Cooked brown pinto beans plus 1/2 cup bean juice,
2 cup: Cooked rice,
1 lbs: Hamburger, browned and drained
1 1/2 cup: Grated cheddar cheese,
1 can: Cream of mushroom soup,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Optional: onions and green peppers, sauted and cooked with meat

Directions:
Mix all together. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes or until bubbly, use
2 quart dish. Serve hot with corn bread and a green salad.
