Buffalo Vegetable Platter Recipe

Ingredients:
12 1/2 lbs: Vegetables for deep frying,
Mushrooms, green peppers,
Zucchini,
1 1/2 cup: Margarine, melted
1 1/2 cup: Durkee Hot Sauce,

Directions:
Deep Fry Vegetables crisp and brown. Combine melted margarine and
Durkee Hot Sauce. Lightly Toss cooked veggies in margarine/hot sauce
mixture. Remove immediately so they dont become soggy. Drain on
paper towel. Serve immediately with bleu cheese or ranch dip.
