Mushroom Brunch Rice Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
14 1/2 fl oz: Low-Sodium Chicken Broth,
1 cup: AM White Indian Basmati Rice,
1: Bay leaf,
1 cup: Sliced mushrooms,
Sea salt to taste, optional

Directions:
Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
