Mushroom & Onion Combo Recipe

Ingredients:
12 cup: Mushrooms, halved, about 2 lbs.
1: Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup: Chopped fresh basil, ( or
4 tsp.: dried),
1 tbsp: Butter, melted
1 tbsp: Balsamic or red wine vinegar,
1/2 tsp: Each salt and pepper,
Directions:
In bowl, toss together mushrooms, onion, basil, butter, vinegar, salt
and pepper. Arrange on large piece of double-thickness heavy-duty
foil; fold up sides and seal tightly to form packet.
Place on grill over medium-high heat; cook for about 30 minutes or
until mushrooms and onions are tender and light golden. Makes 4
