Mushroom Pepper Saute Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounce: Triticale flour,
1/2 tsp: Basil,
1/2 tsp: Thyme,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Soy sauce,
1 tbsp: Sesame oil,
6 ounce: Mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 ounce: Green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 ounce: Scallions, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking dish with
sesame oil. Mix triticale flour with basil, thyme, salt, soy sauce,
and 2 ounces water.
Saute the vegetables, adding the triticale sauce, for 4 minutes.
Transfer ingredients to a covered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
