Neptunes Surprise Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Shrimp, steamed & SWhelled
1/2 lbs: Scallops, steamed & shelled
1/2 lbs: Crabmeat,
1/2 lbs: Oysters, steamed & shelled
1/4 cup: Pimientos, chopped
1/4 cup: Green olives, chopped
1 each: Garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
1 cup: Mayonaise,
1 tbsp: Dill, chopped
1 tbsp: Lemon or lime juice, fresh
1/2 cup: Green Bell pepper, chopped
1 cup: Potato chips, crushed
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the potato chips. Put into a greased
casserole. Cover and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Add potato
chips and return to oven for
20 minutes more.
