No Cholesterol Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
8 tbsp: Cocoa,
1 cup: Sugar,
3/4 cup: Lite or cholesterol-,
Free mayonnaise,
1 cup: Water,
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and
mix on high speed with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into pan
(one 9x13 or two 8" layers) sprayed with nonstick coating and bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes. NOTE: from the teacher that submitted
this. "We also bake it in ice cream cones, 30 seconds each in the
microwave; top with ice cream."
