No-egg Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Firm tofu, drained and crumbled, 10 1/2 oz
1/4 cup: Finely chopped carrot,
2 tbsp: Finely chopped green or red bell pepper,
1/4 cup: Finely chopped celery, opt
2 tbsp: Finely chopped green onion,
1 tsp: Turmeric,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
1 tsp: Hot sauce,
2 tsp: Vinegar,
1 tsp: Mustard,
1 tbsp: Soy mayonnaise, opt
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix ingredients together, and youre done. Makes 4
sandwiches or serves 6-8 as a dip.
