Ingredients:

RIVAL CROCK-POT COOK BOOK
2 lbs: Stew beef,
Cut into 1 -inch pieces,
1 3/8 ounce: Dry onion soup mix,
1/2 cup: Red wine,
10 1/2 ounce: Cream of mushroom soup,
4 ounce: Whole mushrooms,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Stir together well Cover and
cook on Low 8 to 12 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. (High: 3 to 4
hours). This recipe may be doubled.
