1/2 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Cayenne,
1 pinch: Red pepper Salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
Simmer: Cook, stirring until sugar dissolves. Allow time for
flavors to blend.
