Okra & Tomato Ii Recipe

Ingredients:
2 quart: Sliced fresh okra,
4: Fresh tomatoes, peel, dice
1 Med.: green pepper, chopped
1 Med.: onion, chopped
5 tbsp: Olive oil,
Salt & pepper to taste,
Directions:
Heat olive oil in lge. heavy skillet or pot and saute onion and green
pepper until light brown. Add okra and tomatoes and season to taste
with salt & pepper.
Cover and cook over low heat 30 to 40 min., stirring occasionally.
