Cajun Blend Recipe

Ingredients:

Directions:
1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon onion
flakes 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon allspice 1 tablespoon
cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon thyme
Mix all ingredients together and store in a tightly covered container.

1 lg Sweet red pepper, minced
1 lg Sweet green pepper, minced
2 md Leeks, minced
6 Green onions, minced
1 c Minced parsley
1/3 c Minced cilantro
1 ts Red pepper flakes
1 ts Black pepper
2 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Sage
1/4 ts Rosemary
1/4 ts Savory
