Ingredients:
3 lbs: Sirloin,
4 tbsp: Dry Red Wine,
1 each: Clove garlic, crushed
2 each: Onions, sliced
3 each: Bay leaves,
Salt/pepper,

Directions:
Simmer meat with wine, garlic, onions, bay, salt/pepper about 3 hours.
Shread meat, set aside. Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Add
ingredients for sauce and simmer 30 minutes more. Good Venezuelan
recipe. Find sauce recipe (mechada sauce).
