Carrot Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Soda,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 cup: Sugar,
3/4 cup: Mazola oil,
2: Eggs,
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
Mix to- gether first 5 ingredients, mix the sugar and oil and add the
beaten eggs and vanilla, then add the dry ingredients alternately
with 1/2 cup of walnuts and 1 cup of grated carrots. Bake in greased
and floured loaf pan 1 hour in 350 oven.
