Cheddar Beer Cheese Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
4 cup: , (16 ounces) grated sharp Cheddar Cheese at room temperature
2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 Clove: garlic, minced
1/2 tsp: Hot pepper sauce,
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/2 tsp: Seasoned salt,
1/4 tsp: Ground black pepper,
1/3 cup: Flat beer,

Directions:
Place all in blender or food processor. Process till smooth. Cover and
refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature with crackers. Yield:
about 2 cups spread.
