Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
2 tbsp: All-pourpose flour,
1 cup: Milk,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Sliced pimiento-stuffed,
Green olives,

Directions:
1. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher in microwave oven
(about 30 secones at High). Add flour and blend to a smooth paste.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.

2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at High, or until
thickened; stir vigorously after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds.

Yield: About 1 cup.
