One Pan Potatoes & Chicken Santa-fe Recipe

Ingredients:
4 medium: Potatoes, 3/4" cubes
1 lbs: Chicken breasts, 3/4"cubes
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 cup: Prepared tomato salsa,
1 small: Can corn drained,
Directions:
Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook,
in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5
minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly
browned. Add salsa and corn;toss until heated through. Time: 20
minutes.
