Onion Marmalade Ii Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Red onions, ~1.5 lb
2 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Red wine vinegar,
2 tbsp: Honey,

Directions:
Cut onions crosswise in half, those into quarters, those into cubes.
Heat butter in a heavy saucepan, add onions, cover, cook medium high
~15 min until they start to brown, stirring occasionally. Uncover,
add vinegar, cook briefly until almost evaporated, then stir in
honey. Cover tightly, cook 10 min.
