Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Margarine,
1 small: Onion, sliced
1 can: , (10 1/4 oz.) Campbells NEW Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/2 cup: Milk,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
4 medium: Potatoes, cooked and sliced, about 3 1/2 cups

Directions:
In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until
tender.

Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes.
Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes, or until hot and
bubbling. stirring occasionally. Garnish with sage if desired.

Makes 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
