Orange Raisin Squares Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Shortening,
2 each: Eggs,
1 cup: Sour cream,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 cup: Raisins,
1 each: Orange, small - rind of
Directions:
Add soda to cream. Grate orange peel. Pour hot water over raisins,
then grind. Bake in large flat pan. Roll in powdered sugar or use
orange icing.
Note: No temperature give. Assume a slow 325 F. oven.
