Orange-scented Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
4 tbsp: Unsalted butter or,
Margarine,
4 ounce: Sweet baking chocolate --,
Broken into pieces,
2 tbsp: Orange juice, freshly
Squeezed,
1/2 tsp: Orange rind, finely
Grated,
Directions:
1. Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add chocolate and stir until smooth.
2. Stir in orange juice and rind, adjusting to taste.
Makes 1/2 cup sauce.
* Timesaver Tip: Recipe can be prepared up to 5 days ahead and stored,
covered, in refrigerator. Gently reheat in a saucepan or in a
microwave oven.
Microwave Version
Place butter and chocolate in a small glass bowl. Microwave on 50%
power for 1 minute, stir, then microwave 1 to 3 minutes more. Stir in
orange juice and rind. Preparation time: and timesaver tip same as
above.
