Cheese Filling (the Art Of Fine Baking) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Yellow raisins,
1 tbsp: Cognac,
1 cup: Cream cheese, or cottage
1/4 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Flour,
1: Egg yolk,
1 tsp: Melted butter,
1 tbsp: Sour cream,
1/2 tsp: Grated lemon rind,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
Servings: 1

Mix raisins with cognac. Cream together cheese, sugar, and flour.
Stir in egg yolk, then melted butter, sour cream, lemon rind, and
vanilla. Add cognac-soaked raisins.
