Cheesy Country Spam Puff Recipe

Ingredients:
6 slice: White bread, torn into small pieces
1 1/4 cup: Milk,
3: Eggs,
1 tbsp: Spicy mustard,
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/2 tsp: Paprika,
1 can: SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed, 12 oz
2 cup: Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup: Chopped onion,
1/2 cup: Shredded Monterey Jack cheese,
Directions:
Heat oven to 375F. In large mixing bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs,
mustard, garlic powder, and paprika. With electric mixer, beat at
medium speed 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in SPAM, 1 cup shredded
Cheddar cheese, and onion. Pour into greased 12x8" baking dish. Bake
25 minutes. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack
cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10
minutes before serving.
