Cherries Jubilee Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Canned cherries,
2 tbsp: Sweet wine, such as port
1/4 cup: Brandy,

Directions:

Heat cherries with wine in the top of a chafing dish; add brandy,
ignite and stir until the flames die.
