Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream * Recipe

3 ounce: Cream cheese, softened
1 can: Sweetened condensed milk,
2 cup: Half & half,
2 cup: Whipping cream, unwhipped
1 tbsp: Vanilla,
1/2 tsp: Almond extract,
17 ounce: Dark sweet cherries, pitted well drained -OR-
10 ounce: Maraschino cherries, drained chopped
Directions:
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add
sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix
well. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to
manufacturers directions. Makes 1-1/2 quarts.
