Paprika Pork Patties Recipe

Ingredients:
6 each: Servings,
6 large: Garlic cloves,
1/4 lbs: Bacon, diced
6 tbsp: Ice water,
4 tsp: Sweet Hungarian paprika,
1 tsp: Hot Hungarian paprika,
3/4 tsp: Coarse salt,
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
1/2 tsp: Ground allspice,
1 lbs: Ground pork,
1/2 cup: Chopped drained sauerkraut,

Directions:
With processor running, drop garlic through feed tube and mince. Add
next 7 ingredients and process until thick paste forms. Add pork and
combine, using on/off turns Add sauerkraut and just mix in. With
moistened hands, shape sausage into six 3/4-inch-thick patties;
arrange on plate. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add
sausage patties and cook until brown and just cooked through, about 6
