Ingredients:
1/2 cup: PARMESAN CHEESE,
1/4 cup: FLOUR,
1 tsp: PAPRIKA,
1/2 tsp: SALT,
1 dash: PEPPER,
1 each: EGG, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
1 tbsp: MILK,
4 each: CHICKEN BREASTS, CLEANED
1/4 cup: MARGARINE OR BUTTER,

Directions:
COMBINE CHEESE, FLOUR, PAPRIKA, SALT AND PEPPER. IN ANOTHER DISH
COMBINE THE EGG AND MILK. DIP EACH CHICKEN PIECE IN THE MILK AND THEN
IN THE CRUMB MIXTURE. PLACE IN A BAKING DISH AND POUR MARGARINE ALL
OVER THE PIECES. BAKE AT 350 DEG F FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR. IF DESIRED,
SRINKLE ADDITIONAL CHEESE OVER THE CHICKEN PIECES BEFORE SERVING.
