Chicken Broccoli Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Oil,
1 lbs: Chicken, raw
1/4 cup: Onions, chopped
1 can: Cream of mushroom soup,
2 tbsp: Milk,
1 tbsp: Sherry,
8 ounce: Mushrooms, canned
1 cup: Broccoli, cooked
1/2 cup: Parmesan cheese,
Directions:
Cut chicken into cubes. Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken and onion
until chicken is browned and onion is tender. Stir in soup, milk, and
sherry; add mushrooms, broccoli, and cheese. Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 10 minues, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked
spaghetti.
