Chicken Cacciatore W/linguini Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Chicken pieces, skinned &
Defatted,
2 tsp: Olive Oil,
6: Green Onions,
40 milliliter: Garlic, sliced thin
SAUCE:,
6 ounce: Tomato Paste,
1/2 cup: Dry White Wine -=or=-,
1/4 cup: Dry White Cooking Wine,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
3/4 cup: Chicken Stock,
1: Bay Leaf,
1/8 tsp: Sweet Marjoram,
1 cup: Mushrooms, sliced
Directions:
Saute chicken in olive oil, green onions and garlic. Mix together the
remaining ingredients for the sauce. Simmer chicken in sauce 1 hour
covered. Serve with cooked linguini, rice or potatoes or other pasta
