Pecan Delight ** (tnpn54a) Recipe

Ingredients:
3 each: Egg whites,
20 each: Round buttery crackers, roll
1 cup: Sugar, fine
1/4 tsp: Baking powder,
1 cup: Finely chopped pecans,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
Whipped cream,
Directions:
Grease 9" glass piepan. Beat egg whites til stiff; fold in sugar,
baking powder, and vanilla extract.
Beat until stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs & chopped pecans. Pour mix
into piepan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. Top with==>> whipped
