Peppermint Fudge Squares Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Evaporated milk,
1 2/3 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Butter,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Marshmallows, minis
1 1/2 cup: Chocolate chips,
1/2 tsp: Peppermint extract,
1/2 cup: Chopped walnuts,
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar, butter and salt in a pot. Bring to a full boil,
then boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add
marshmallows, chocolate chips, flavoring and walnuts. Stir
vigorously until marshmallows are melted and thoroughly blended. Pour
into 8 inch square pan. Chill. Makes about 2 pounds.
